    Pronto Lab Test was established as an easy-to-book online lab service that would go to customers' houses to collect samples on demand.

  • Can I get my lab tests expedited?

    Our lab specializes in quick pick-up and fast results. You can schedule an appointment within 24 hrs without an expedited charge. Also you can expect result within 12-24 hrs

  • How quickly can I get the results?

    You can expect your results back within 12-24hrs after collection.

  • How do I get my lab results?

    You will receive an email notification when your results are ready.

  • Do you take medical insurance?

    Yes, we do. We accept all the major medical insurances, Medicare & Medicaid. To go through your insurance, we will require a Doctor's order. Please get in touch with us to set up an insurance-covered lab test.

  • Can I use Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards?

    Yes. Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards can also be used as long as they work as credit/debit cards. We do not determine the eligibility of expenses under the rules for your HSA/FSA. Please check with your health account administrator to see if these expenses are eligible for reimbursement under your plan.

  • What are the terms & conditions?

    Tests purchased on prontolabtest.com are only for individuals who intend to pay directly for testing and do not want to submit a claim for reimbursement under their health insurance.

  • Can I cancel or change the appointment ?

    Yes, you can cancel within 2 hours after placing the order by calling or emailing us. To make changes to the date or time, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. No changes or cancelations within the 24 hrs of the appointment

  • Do you have a physical office where I can come and give samples?

    We are located in Niles, IL. At this time, we have only an on-demand home collection service.

  • Will my insurance cover the test I purchased at prontolabtest.com?

    No. The tests available for purchase on this website are only for individuals who want to pay directly for testing and do not want to seek reimbursement from their insurance carrier or the government. You understand that Services purchased under or through prontolabtest.com are solely your financial responsibility.

  • How do I know whats my result mean? What if I have questions about my results?

    It is your responsibility to ask your doctor what your test results mean. prontolabtest.com urges you to share your results with your doctor to make the best decisions for your health.

  • Who will have access to my lab results?

    You will be the only one with access to your information and lab test results, with the exception of prontolabtest.com. Your results will not be shared with your primary doctor or other providers unless you decide to share your results directly. However, Prontolabtest.com will disclose your information and/or test results if required by law, such as to public health authorities.

  • Can I purchase the tests for someone else? Can I purchase for a minor?

    Yes, you can purchase for someone else or a minor as long as you are an authorized legal guardian or parent

  • Can I order more than one test at a time?

    Yes, you can order multiple tests for multiple people at the same time as long as all of them are available at the (sample collection)appointment time

  • Do you offer services for corporations?

    Yes, we are offering services to small businesses to large corporates. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
